Hunty was undergoing a major pivot, requiring the creation of a new business model that was scalable and addressed inefficiencies in recruitment, particularly for companies that had massive hiring requirements . The existing model was not sustainable, as companies in this sector needed to fill positions within 3 to 5 days but struggled with high volumes of applications and lack of time for thorough profile reviews. This led to hiring mismatches, increased turnover rates, and inefficient recruitment processes. Our goal was to design a solution that streamlined recruitment using AI, ensuring fast, effective hiring while maintaining a human touch for job seekers.

Conducted immersive field research by spending a week inside companies like Prolamsa (Mexico) , Quilmes (Argentina), Quick (Colombia) and Rappi (Latam) to map their HR and recruitment processes.
